Our Leadership
Jimmy Menges is the founder of Freight-Intel Network & Defense (FIND). He is a licensed private investigator and independent claims adjuster with broad experience in logistics, insurance, and investigations. He began his career as an inland marine underwriter, where he discovered his passion for investigating cargo theft and quickly earned a reputation for exposing cargo theft rings and recovering stolen freight.
Over his career, Menges has led efforts resulting in more than $50 million in recovered cargo and built trusted partnerships with the supply chain, insurers, and law enforcement nationwide.
At FIND, Menges leads a growing network united by one mission: defending the supply chain as the "Watchdogs of the Supply Chain".
